Frequently asked questions
Our program is aimed at registered companies, self-employed people and individuals. Several considerations to take into account:
1/ In the case of individuals, the administration (URSSAF or Bercy) authorizes the sale between an individual and a company under two conditions: no subordination link and non-regular income without specifying the possible annual sum.
To issue a business provider invoice as an individual, you must provide a sales certificate. More precisely, the invoice from a particular business provider is in the form of a fee note linked to a commission on a business contribution and will be recorded as non-commercial and professional income (BNC), in declaration 2042C.
2/ For those not subject to VAT (i.e. individuals and self-employed), the amount paid is 30% excluding tax.
For companies subject to VAT, the amount paid is 30% excluding tax or 30% including tax.
You promote our products (learning Russian) in your videos or to your network; in exchange, we offer you remuneration. This is higher than that of the affiliation market to motivate our partners as much as possible, in this case: 30% of earnings excluding VAT (and if you are subject to VAT, we pay you the corresponding VAT). In addition, to make sales easier, you can offer a 5% promo code to your prospects. So for a course sold for $154.80 / year including tax ($129 excluding tax), you receive $38.70 excluding tax per sale. The commission is calculated before applying the promo code. In the case of a product sold “in early access”, the commission is calculated on the price after reduction.
An affiliate link : you will have a unique link to share. Our cookies last 365 days. For example, if a user clicks on your affiliate link and purchases a course, you earn a commission. If the user clicks on your link, but does not make the purchase immediately (he tests the products for example), but plans to buy it later, you will receive a commission. However, this widely used solution has several drawbacks. If :
- customers refuse cookies,
- browsers block cookies,
- browsers are in private mode,
- the prospect types the name of our site without going through your affiliate link.
The commissioning continues in subsequent years as long as the subscriber maintains an active subscription (i.e. paid each year). The commission stops as soon as the subscription is deactivated.
If the client subscribes to other training, you will also receive a commission.
The customer is assigned via the affiliate link which is unique.
A unique promo code per affiliate is also provided. If the prospect does not go through your link, he can still be identified via the promo code.
Additionally, the promo code is superior to the affiliate link. If a customer clicks on a link from Affiliate A, but saves Affiliate B’s promo code when ordering, Affiliate B will receive the commission.
We have several sales channels, this situation should not appear very often…
